“Per aspera ad astra” is a Latin phrase meaning that we reach higher through adversity.
It reflects something many of my clients quietly know: despite outward success, they’re stuck.
Stuck in perfectionism. Stuck in overwork. Stuck in uncertainty about what’s next. And tired of trying to think their way out of it.
This phrase captures the work we do together. I help you move through what’s holding you back—toward clarity, grounded confidence, and a way of working that finally fits.

Clients often describe me as a straight shooter—warm, intuitive, but deeply honest.
I care about doing this work well, and I aim to create a space where clients feel ready to show up fully and grow.
Over the years, I’ve helped professionals clarify who they are, what they want, and what’s getting in the way of both. When we work together, I’ll ask hard questions, offer strategic insight, and help you move forward with integrity.
